Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $1,752 per week

About the role

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lima, Ohio. The assignment starts 10/12/2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. The ideal candidate should have 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify appropriate medical team members.
• Initiate corrective action whenever information from monitoring equipment shows adverse symptomatology.

Requirements

• Active ACLS and BLS certifications.
• 1‑2 years of recent acute care experience (telemetry preferred).

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.
• Capable of lifting 20 pounds routinely, with occasional patient lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Required vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
