About the role
Travel Registered Nurse position in a specialized Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) unit focused on evidence-based care for patients recovering from gastrointestinal and surgical trauma procedures. You will deliver individualized care, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a progressive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, individualized care to patients recovering from gastrointestinal and surgical trauma procedures
- Educate patients on recovery processes and self-care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Requirements
- Current North Carolina RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (recommended)
- Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- At least one professional reference covering your entire work history
Pay
Pay Rate: $1,692.00 - $1,779.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
