VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a hospital contract in Jackson, Tennessee. The position is scheduled from August 31, 2026, for 13 weeks, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Maintain strict infection control and wound care protocols.
- Adhere to all safety and procedural standards, including isolation precautions.
- Ensure accurate documentation in Epic, following charting protocols.
- Attend orientation on Mondays; complete unit orientation within three weeks of start.
