Travel Nurse - RN - Stepdown Unit

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs, signs, and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting data and nursing diagnoses.
• Documenting the care plan with diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions.
• Initiating and evaluating patient and family education.
• Revising the care plan based on evaluations and medical changes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• At least 18 months recent experience in an acute care PCU/Step-down setting.
