Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from ICU to general units
- Maintain patient safety
- Document assessments
- Respond to emergencies
- Educate patients on cardiac health
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum one year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Technical proficiency
- Physical and sensory ability to perform duties
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
