Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care
- Assist with procedures
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications
- Educate patients on cardiac health
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Requires at least one year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking
- Excellent communication
- Physical ability to handle equipment
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
