About the role
Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Work 48 hours per week on a 12-hour, night shift schedule
- Provide care to patients with solid tumor removal, bowel reconstruction, flaps, fresh tachas, new ostomies, TPN/LIPID, tubes drains, ileus under supervision
- Work with a patient ratio of 1 RN to 4-5 patients and 2 CNAs per shift, 1 clerical during the day
- Hold an active RN license in Kentucky or a compact licensure
- Have a BLS, NIHSS, and HSS certifications
- Floating to mixed acuity only
Requirements
- Active RN License in Kentucky or Compact Licensure
- BLS, NIHSS, and HSS certifications
Qualifications
- Experience in stepdown care preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations
