Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $3,013 per week

About the role

Prime Time Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13‑week assignment in Burlington, Vermont, starting October 26, 2026. The position is 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts as a travel‑employment float pool role.

Responsibilities

• Provide progressive care nursing in cardiothoracic surgery, vascular, urology, and cardiology units.
• Float as needed to support hematology, oncology, orthopedics, med‑tele, general surgery, neurology (including neuro SDU), neurosurgery, ENT, and GYN units.
• Maintain flexibility to work every other weekend and adjust schedules to meet unit and patient care needs.
• Adhere to float pool policies, with travelers floating first within the central pool PCU units.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• AHA BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• NIHSS certification.
