Travel Nurse RN - Stepdown - $2,589 per week
About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026, in Johnson City, New York.
Responsibilities
- Work in a stepdown/PCU cardiac telemetry department
- Experience with TAVR, watchmans, mitral clips, heart catheterizations, preop/post op open heart procedures
- Cardiac IV and PO, cardiac drips at a flat rate (cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, lidocaine, milrinone, heparin, insulin)
- Anticoagulant, CHF, CP, arythmias, NSTEMI, STEMI, PE, post op CABG greater than 3 days, Sepsis, PNA, Stroke, observation patients
- Use TR band, groin management, and be familiar with complications
Requirements
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACL certification
- 5 years RN experience
- Experience in a cardiac tele department
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The shift is 12 hours, days, with 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
