Eligible for up to 36 hours of low-census unbillable hours per contract.Key Facility Policies & Floating RulesRadius Rule: Strict 50-mile radius rule; contractors must live outside a 50-mile radius.Winter Weather Preference: For winter start dates, candidates with demonstrated contract experience in colder climates (Midwest, Northeast, Mountain regions, etc.) are preferred for weather reliability.Floating & Duties: Required to float to other inpatient units. Patient ratios are typically 1:4–5 on days and 1:5–6 on nights. May occasionally act as a 1:1 sitter or "helping hands." Shared unit responsibility for call lights and alarms.Scheduling: Every other weekend or less depending on unit needs; holiday assignments per rotation.Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of IMC/PCU experience required.
