Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week assignment in Roanoke, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in managing patients requiring step-down care from intensive care units.
• Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding their medical conditions and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
• At least one year of acute care or step-down unit experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
