TravelNurseSource is working with Triage Staffing to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87101!

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Progressive Care Unit setting
• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in New Mexico
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience
• Experience with step-down units preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of step-down unit protocols
