HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Damariscotta, Maine.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of licensed professionals.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Maine.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
