Job Description & Requirements

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Windsor, Vermont starting August 3, 2026. The shift is 12 hours, nights, 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
• RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification

Essential Work Functions

• Complete nursing assessment of patients
• Prepare patients for surgery
• Coordinate and provide holistic patient care
• Maintain a clean, organized environment
• Assist with safe patient transport
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Sensory - possess visual acuity and ability to effectively communicate
