About the role
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor nurse in a healthcare setting located in Rochester, New Hampshire. This role involves providing specialized nursing care on an inpatient rehabilitation unit within a general hospital environment. The position supports a 19-bed unit with a staff ratio of approximately 6:1, depending on patient census, and requires flexibility to accommodate the needs of the unit. Responsibilities
- Work days shift, 12‑hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Work every other weekend
- Utilize mechanical lifts, Sara steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo pumps, and Meditech electronic medical records
- Provide flexible, kind, thorough nursing care while adhering to unit policies and guidelines
- Float rotation may be required as needed
Requirements
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in medical surgical rehabilitation or med‑surg
- New Hampshire state license or a license recognized by the state
Qualifications
- Experience in wound care, stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and emergency room (ER) nursing

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days shift, 12‑hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week; every other weekend required.
