Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $1,849 per week
Job Description & Requirements
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Greenwood, Indiana. The position will focus on rehabilitation and will start on August 4, 2026, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour shifts.

Special Requirements
- One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS certification preferred
- NIHSS certification preferred
Essential Work Functions
- Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and document appropriately into patient records
- Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them about procedures and post-operative care
- Coordinate and provide holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation exercises, and ADLs, while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to support rehabilitation care
- Avoidance of cross-contamination and infection control
- Safe administration of prescribed medications and treatments ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols
- Absenteeism management
- Assist with safe patient transport to and from therapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, or other care areas as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- ACLS certification preferred
- NIHSS certification preferred
