Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The position requires 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and starts on August 17, 2026.

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification

Essential Work Functions

• Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient records
• Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them about procedures and post-operative care
• Cook up and provide holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs), while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to support rehabilitation care
• Assist with safe patient transport to and from therapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, or other care areas as needed
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

• The ability to perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
• The ability to maintain continuous concentration to detail
• The ability to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure
• The ability to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel
• The ability to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally
