Travel Nurse RN - Rehabilitation - $1,591 per week

Job Description & Requirements

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Rehabilitation at a facility in Coralville, Iowa. The start date is July 20, 2026, and the shift is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week.

Special Requirements

• One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• ACLS certification preferred
• NIHSS certification preferred

Essential Work Functions

• Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient records
• Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them about procedures and post-operative care
• Cookordination and provide holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs), while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to support rehabilitation care

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols
