About the Role

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Post Partum position in Wausau, Wisconsin, starting on 10/19/2026. This is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an 11-bed Labor & Delivery and 8-bed Postpartum unit with approximately 1,350 deliveries annually.
  • Provide care for mothers and newborns in a high-volume setting.
  • Adhere to established clinical practice standards and certification requirements.
  • Every 3rd weekend and every other holiday rotation required.
  • Mandatory on-call hours up to 20 hours in a 6-week block, with a call back minimum of 2 hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Postpartum experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Wisconsin RN license.
  • Required certifications: BLS and Advanced NRP (AHA or ARC certifications required).
  • Labor and Delivery competency.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
