- Patient Ratio: Approximately 3–4:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)
- EMR: Meditech / CPN

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of current hospital Postpartum/Mother-Baby experience
- BLS required
- NRP required
- Strong postpartum and newborn care experience
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment
- Flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented approach
