Requirements
- Active Texas RN license
- Recent experience in a pediatric intensive care unit
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills recommended
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and advanced therapies such as ECMO, CRRT, and high-frequency ventilation valued
- The facility is recognized as a Gold Level Beacon Award for Excellence PICU and a Center of Excellence for ECMO, offering multidisciplinary care in a collaborative environment
