AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Pediatric Intensive Care (PICU) position in Asheville, North Carolina. This assignment starts on 08/31/2026, lasts 13 weeks, and offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

The facility features 97 beds dedicated to infants and children, including a 51-bed Level III NICU. Asheville is located in western North Carolina along the Blue Ridge Mountains, known for its thriving arts community and natural beauty.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Requirements

• 2 years of PICU nursing experience.
• Active RN license (Compact accepted).
• BLS and PALS certifications.
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance.
• Work history with no more than a 90-day gap in the last year.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cerner systems.
