About the role
Travel Pediatric RN providing acute and preventative care to children and adolescents in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate care
- Assist with examinations and procedures
- Perform physical and diagnostic tests
- Assess critical signs
- Support physicians during treatments
- Educate and support patients' families
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work safely around chemicals and infectious agents
Key Duties
- Ensure patient comfort
- Evaluate vital signs
- Assist with medical procedures
- Provide family support
