About the role

A pediatric RN will provide care and medical treatment to infants, children, and adolescents with various conditions such as diseases, illnesses, cancer, or post-surgery recovery. Responsibilities include understanding children's physiology and maintaining a calm and caring bedside manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent acute care pediatric experience
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Knowledge of pediatric anatomy and physiology

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 12 hours long, nights only, starting on August 10, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
