About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Pediatric Med Surg for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for pediatric patients in a med-surg setting
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in pediatric med-surg preferred
