Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions in a dynamic, family-centered environment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Provide float coverage across CVICU, NICU, and PICU units
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years' recent pediatric critical care experience, including CVICU, NICU, or PICU
- Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Strong decision-making, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
