Pediatric Psychology is seeking a qualified healthcare professional for a position in Oregon City. The role involves providing specialized psychological care to pediatric patients within a short-term acute care setting. The candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, and adhering to facility protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized psychological care to pediatric patients in a short-term acute care setting
- Manage a diverse caseload
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Adhere to facility protocols and clinical procedures
- Use specialized equipment
- Work within established patient ratios
- Float between units to meet patient care needs as required
- Commit to working three of the five major holidays
Requirements
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent inpatient acute crisis units
- Current RN license or pending license eligibility
- Vehicle required for this assignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- Previous community hospital or inpatient pediatric psychiatry experience
Schedule
- Rotating shift time
- 36 hours per week minimum
- 12-hour shifts
