Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,954 per week

About the Role

Travel nursing assignment in Savannah, Georgia for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU). This is a 13-week contract with a start date of 08/24/2026.

• 48 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 4 x 12-hour shifts per week
• 48 guaranteed hours

Unit Specifics

• Unit: 4HV IMC
• Number of Beds: 30
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Unit Staffing: 9 nurses, 3 Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and 1 Health Unit Coordinator (HUC)
• Equipment: Alaris pumps
• Documentation System: Epic
• Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend
• Floating Policy: Float to Intermediate and Med/Surg units
• Requested Skill Set:
  • Care for patients transitioning out of ICUs
  • Management of cardiac drips
  • Patients with tracheostomy, High Flow oxygen, or BiPAP
  • Surgical patients requiring drain maintenance and wound care
• Required Certifications/Skills:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • Experience with intermediate care drips (e.g., Cardizem, heparin, Aggrastat)
• Dress Code: Royal Blue uniform
