Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Willingboro, New Jersey. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a specialized unit, supervising and collaborating with healthcare team members, and supporting patient recovery and safety. The position offers a night shift schedule with a minimum of 48 hours per week.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• Minimum of 48 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Initiate discharge planning and ensure proper documentation
• Supervise ancillary staff and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Participate in team-building activities
• Assume charge responsibility after orientation

Requirements

• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift
• Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only)
• A minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Progressive Care Unit
• Strong understanding of nursing assessment, patient education, and discharge planning
