- Number of Beds: 29
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 ideally, currently running 1:5
- Unit staffing: Unit secretaries and patient-care technicians available
- Equipment: Alaris IV pumps, Welch Allyn vital-signs machines, bladder scanner, vein finder
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Scheduling requirements: 36 hours per week
- Floating policy: All staff float to areas within their competencies
- Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs; no artificial or gel nails
