Travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit position in Salem, Virginia. Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit; Discipline: RN. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour day shifts, travel employment type.
About the unit: PCU – 15 beds; staff 22 (RN/PCT). Day shift: 3‑4 RN, 2 PCT, 1 Clinical Coordinator. Night shift: 3‑4 RN, 1 PCT. Patient ratios: 4‑5:1. Equipment includes cardiac telemetry, chest tubes, cardiac drips (NTG, Cardizem, Amiodarone), post‑cath patients, post‑surgical patients (open heart, lung, general surgery, post‑op orthopedic requiring cardiac monitoring). EMR: Meditech.

Schedule
