The Progressive Care Unit registered nurse (RN) position is available in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Job Details

• Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications preferred
• 0+ years of experience
• Cardiovascular care experience required
• Basic proficiency with Epic charting system
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Cardiovascular experience
• NIHS certification
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system

Additional Information

• Float rotation to similar units may be required, with brief orientation provided on each unit
• The unit maintains a patient ratio of 1:4-5, with a daily census of 38 inpatients
• The role involves on-site completion of modules during orientation, with all hours logged and recorded via transcripts
• The candidate must be prepared to start within 48 business hours post-contract signing and be compliant with lab and credentialing requirements

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
