About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provides patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assesses patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans.
- Monitors patients’ responses to treatment and reports significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- One year of travel nursing experience.
- Experience in trauma care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
Pay
$18.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
36 hours per week, rotating shifts including days, nights.
