Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,230 per week

About the role

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Derry, NH. This role involves providing specialized care in a 20-bed PCU within a hospital setting. Responsibilities include delivering critical patient care, recognizing dysrhythmias, managing cardiac drips, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for cardiac, medical-surgical, and emergency department hold patients
• Utilize GE cardiac monitoring and Hospira IV pumps
• Demonstrate strong dysrhythmia recognition skills and critical drip experience
• Care for cardiac pre-post procedure patients and pacer patients
• Work in an HCA environment
• Float rotation may be required

Requirements

• Active compact RN license at submission
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• NH RN license at the time of submission
• At least 2 years of hospital setting experience preferred

Schedule

• Night shift
• 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
