AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Weirton, West Virginia.

About the role

Provide specialized care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a facility known for its comprehensive medical services and commitment to patient care. As a PCU nurse, you will monitor patients with complex medical conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact accepted)
• At least 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar acute care setting
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• ACLS certification (copy needed)
• SSN and date of birth required
• 2 professional references from the last 12 months

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking skills

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP (8/7/2026)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts

Pay

Pay rate: $2,075.00 - $2,204.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
