Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit - $2,136 per week

About the Role

Join a supportive 30-bed cardiac-focused unit caring for patients with chest pain, PCI, and general medical conditions. This is a 13-week travel nursing contract in Louisville, Kentucky.

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts
• No on-call required
• Float within scope of practice only
• Block scheduling considered

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a 30-bed mixed acuity cardiac unit
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5 (occasionally 1:6)
• Use Cerner EMR for documentation

Requirements

• 1+ year of PCU/Telemetry experience
• Active RN License
• BLS, ACLS & NIHSS certifications required (CPI provided during orientation)
• First-time travelers welcome
