Unit Specifics
- Patient Ratios: ICU patients 2:1; Med/Surg and PCU patients 4:1
- Unit staffing: Charge RN, RNs, PCT (unit secretaries and techs available)
- Equipment: Ventilators, specialty beds, occasional CRRT
- Documentation system: Meditech
- Scheduling requirements: minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
- Floating policy: Contract labor floats first
- Patient Experience requirements: med/surg experience
Hospital Specifics
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
