About the role
The role involves working in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least one year of progressive care unit experience preferred.
- Experience with critical care and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Experience with mechanical ventilation and monitoring equipment.

Schedule
