This position involves providing specialized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac and medical diagnoses. The role offers an opportunity to work in a short-term acute care setting, focusing on cardiac telemetry, patient assessment, and post-procedural care in a fast-paced environment. Job Details Position Description: PCU RN, 3x12 shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid State License (Compact license preferred), at least 1 year of experience in Cardiac Telemetry, PCU or Telemetry units, BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Candidates should have experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin Protocols, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, and use of Rapid Response/Code teams. Certification and skills in managing cardiac drips, sheaths, and post-cardiac procedures are preferred.
