Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, PACU Experience: 4 years
- Licenses: RN-HI
- Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed); BLS(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed)
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- References: 2 References in entire work history
- BSN preferred
- CPI (or equivalent) and NIHSS preferred
