Travel Nurse RN - PACU - Post Anesthesia Care - $2,200 per week

Job Summary

A Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) is needed in Russellville, Arkansas. This role involves providing recovery care to surgical patients, ensuring their stability and comfort post-operation. The position offers an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a scenic location overlooking Lake Dardanelle.

Job Details

• Location: 1808 W. Main St., Russellville, Arkansas, 72801
• Schedule: Days shift, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Experience: 2 years in a PACU setting
• Education: RN license
• Location requirement: candidate must be greater than 60 miles from the facility to be considered travel
• Years of experience: 2

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a traveler in PACU preferred

Additional Information

• Unit has 6 beds with a patient ratio of 1:1
• Equipment includes vital sign machines, GE monitors, Meditech charting, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• On-call requirement estimated at 7-10 days per month
• Unit handles adult patient population with a focus on recovery after surgical procedures

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
