About the Role
This is a travel nursing opportunity in a hospital setting, focusing on postoperative care in the PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit). The role is designed to support healthcare professionals with opportunities that meet today’s workforce needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide postoperative care to patients within the PACU, ensuring safe recovery and stabilization.
- Monitor patient vital signs, titrate drips, and manage cardiac and procedural patients.
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to deliver seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care provided in EPIC.
- Ensure compliance with ACLS, BLS, PALS, and state licensing requirements.
