Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Monday through Friday schedule with shift times ranging from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM
- Monday: Mayfair location, 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (10 hours)
- Tuesday: Good Hope location, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8 hours)
- Wednesday: Greenfield location, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (4 hours)
- Thursday: Summit location, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- Friday: Good Hope location, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (9 hours)
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- No weekend rotation or on-call requirements
- No holiday expectations
- Assigned to specific clinic locations and may float to other clinics as needed
- Will follow a specific provider across locations
- Average daily census of 16-24 patients
- Treat adult and pediatric patients including allergy, immunology, asthma/pulmonary, food allergies, seasonal allergies, and drug allergies
- Perform triage and phone triage, room patients, administer injections, take vitals, and conduct medication and history reviews
- Perform allergy reviews and allergy questionnaires, and field medication refills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic setting required; allergy clinic experience highly preferred
- Required certification: BLS
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment and be flexible and adaptable
- Must be comfortable with pediatric patients
Skills
- IV skills and spirometry experience preferred
- Charting system: EPIC Ambulatory preferred but not required

This ambulatory outpatient clinic network operates across multiple locations throughout the greater Milwaukee area, providing specialized care in allergy, immunology, asthma, and pulmonary services. Each clinic site features approximately 4-5 exam rooms and is supported by a team of 3-4 RNs, patient service representatives, and site leadership available daily. The organization utilizes EPIC Ambulatory for electronic medical records and maintains a collaborative, team-oriented environment with accessible management support.
