About the role
NuWest Travel Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with post-anesthesia care procedures
- Monitor patients post-surgery and administer medications as necessary
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare providers
- Ensure patient comfort and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kansas
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in PACU preferred
