AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Outpatient Oncology for a position in Des Moines, Iowa.
About the Role
Iowa Methodist Medical Center, established in 1901, is a regional medical center and teaching hospital located in downtown Des Moines on a 42-acre campus. It employs nearly 4,000 people, has 370 staffed beds, and is renowned for cancer care. As one of two Level I Trauma Centers in Iowa, it also operates Life Flight, an air ambulance program.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient oncology nursing care.
- Float to other units as needed within your skillset.
- Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in Outpatient Oncology.
- One reference covering your entire work history.
- Offers require 48 hours for acceptance or they will be rescinded.
- Flu and COVID vaccination required (medical or religious exceptions accepted).
- Epic EMR experience required.
Schedule
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour day shifts
Pay
Pay Rate: $1,906.00 - $2,004.00 per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
