About the Role
This position is for a Registered Nurse – Perioperative Nurse in the Operating Room. The facility operates 11 ORs 24/7, with 10 active rooms during the day (1 reserved for trauma) and 3 rooms overnight (2 booked, 1 dedicated trauma). The role involves handling a variety of cases including GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, and Microvascular procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform perioperative nursing duties in the Operating Room.
- Scrub experience highly preferred, particularly in Ortho with Robotics.
- Work in a Level 1 trauma environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with OR experience (2 years minimum).
- Valid RN license (Compact Accepted).
- Certifications: BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA.
- 2 years of experience at a Level 1 trauma center.
- ST certification: NBSTSA ONLY (no other certifications accepted).
- Colorado requires surgical technologists to register with the state database and renew yearly (national certification not required).
- Badge photo required during credentialing.
Qualifications

Pay
Pay Rate: $2,731.00 - $2,871.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
