Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,795 per week

Job Summary

The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to surgical patients within the operating room setting, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to established clinical standards. The position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Starting on 07/27/2026

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in South Carolina or recognized NCSBN compact state
• At least 3 years of experience in operating room or related specialty
• Experience in cardiac, open heart, vascular, or endovascular procedures
• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing
• Ability to scrub and circulate
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider Card

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree (highly desired)
• Experience with cardiac or vascular surgeries

Additional Information

• Must be able to perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide patient education in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Ability to react calmly during emergency situations and establish effective working relationships with team members is essential
• Frequent standing, walking, and patient lifting are required, with exposure to infectious materials and blood-borne pathogens

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
