About the role
NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 8-week assignment starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, days
- Perform duties in specialty areas including DAVINCI ROBOTICS, MAKO ROBOTICS, NEURO SPINE, ORTHO, GENERAL SURGERY, GYN, OPTHAMOLOGY, ENT, PODIATRY, VASCULAR AND PLASTICS
- Train in specialty areas as required
Requirements
- Required - 2+ years in specialty
- Required - DAVINCI ROBOTICS TRAINED, MAKO ROBOTICS TRAINED, NEURO SPINE, ORTHO, GENERAL SURGERY, GYN, OPTHAMOLOGY, ENT, PODIATRY, VASCULAR AND PLASTICS
- Required - Current RN License in the state of practice
- Required - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Must live 65+ miles from facility
- Must not have been employed by any Ochsner facility within the past year
Qualifications
Preferably holds an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Skills
Must have the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Benefits
Tax-free stipend amount to be determined based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
