About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026 in Calais, Maine.
Responsibilities
- The delivery of safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care during the perioperative period.
- Able to scrub, circulate and work in the recovery room as needed.
- Able to communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
- Monday-Thursday - Full-time, 40 hours a week.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maine.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) required for all full time/part-time employees (may obtain within 6 months of hire).
- At least 1 year medical/surgical or perioperative experience.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- CNOR preferred.

Skills
- Basic Life Support Certification.
