Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,720 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week contract starting August 31, 2026, at a full-service hospital in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Job Details
- 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 8-hour variable shifts with a mix of 0700-1530, 0900-1730, and 1100-1930
- On-call requirements include 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1-2 weekends during the 13-week contract
- 30-minute response time required - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes of being called
- Call-back minimum is 2 hours
- Weekend requirement is for call only with holiday rotation
- May float to additional facilities as needed
- 21 ORs covering all specialties with 40-60 cases per day, averaging 45 cases
- Required skills include circulating (required) and scrubbing (preferred) across specialties including General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI
- Da Vinci Robotic experience required
- Trauma Level II experience required
- 5+ years of OR experience required with at least 1 prior travel assignment in a comparable facility with 20+ ORs
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and Wisconsin RN License
- Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must have personal vehicle - cannot rely on rideshare services due to on-call responsibilities
- Scrub colors: any color
- Must be a flexible candidate with excellent work ethic, willingness to complete downtime tasks, strong resilience, and ability to manage change
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility

Pay
